Pandox Hotel Market Day 2019 at Hilton Slussen
When Pandox was to arrange its Hotel Market Day 2019 at Hilton Slussen, we were tasked with designing and technology for the stage, as well as branding and framing of the entrance and surrounding areas. Our solution was a stage design with a Nordic look with plywood and greenery. The stage was built with three different playing areas. A raised part on the left with a presidium table and a raised part on the right with a seating area for seated dialogues. In the middle there was an area for standing presentations behind a plexiglass lectern with a milled logo. The stage deck was covered in plywood and grass and the edge of the stage got a nice little light strip with RGB lights.
As a backdrop for the stage, we built a 14m wide 3.5 high high-resolution LED screen that was controlled with a Watchout media server.
