Winner envelopes and the presentation order are managed with complete discretion and shared only with those who need to know ahead of the show.
Can you deliver confetti and pyrotechnics when the winner is announced?
Yes. Our lighting department delivers confetti and pyrotechnics to celebrate winners at precisely the right moment. We have extensive experience synchronising confetti and pyro effects with lighting, music and video for maximum dramatic impact.
Can you follow winners with spotlights as they walk to the stage?
Yes. Our lighting department supplies follow spots and operators who track winners with light as they walk through the audience to the stage. We position spotlights at strategic points in the venue to ensure good coverage regardless of where the winner is seated.
Can you deliver motion graphics and jingles for the screens?
Yes. Our content and graphics department produces jingles, bumpers, nomination videos and intros tailored to the screens and resolutions used in the production. All graphics are optimised to look sharp and professional on LED walls and projection surfaces of all types.
Can you provide a camera production that films winners in the audience?
Yes. Our video department supplies camera productions with steadicam operators who move freely in the audience to capture reactions as winners are announced. The footage is shown live on screen and can be edited into an event film after the ceremony.
Can you build a stage with a red carpet and custom-designed backdrop?
Yes. Our décor department builds stages with red carpets, velvet fabrics, large backdrops, lecterns and stage runways. Our carpentry workshop produces custom design elements such as foam board or wooden logos, custom-built lecterns and photo walls – for everything not available from our standard rental range.
Can you deliver awards in hybrid format with remote winners?
Yes. We have delivered award ceremonies where winners received their prizes via video link from the other side of the world. Our video department handles the technical integration of remote participants into the live video production, and the project manager coordinates time zone differences and technical requirements with winners well in advance.
Can you show a 3D rendering of the set design before we sign off?
Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings of the set design before production starts. It is an effective tool for ensuring all parties are aligned on the end result before the first truck leaves the warehouse.
