Can you deliver if our regular contact is sick or unavailable?

Yes. All projects are continuously documented in our systems so a colleague can take over without critical information being lost. We always have backup project managers available and communicate immediately if such a situation arises.

How do you handle budget and cost control during the project?

The project manager sets up a detailed calculation at the start of the project and keeps you updated on any changes. We work with an open calculation where you see what each part costs, and we always flag in writing if additional costs arise from changes to the brief.

Can you help with venue booking and coordination with venues?

Yes. We have a broad network of venues in Stockholm and across Sweden and can assist with recommendations and contacts. We are also used to coordinating with venue and hotel technology, rigging staff and caterers for a smooth execution.

Can you deliver project management for international events?

Yes. We have run events in several European countries and handle international productions with our own project managers and technicians on site. We coordinate local logistics, customs handling and local supplier contacts from Stockholm.
