We have held conferences in the Dolphinarium at Kolmården, in production halls, in aircraft hangars and outdoors under the open sky. Most often, however, we are indoors in one of the many conference venues around Stockholm and Sweden. Frequently asked questions about conferences
Can you supplement an existing technical installation in a conference venue?
Yes. We regularly work by supplementing existing installations – for example adding an LED wall in front of a fixed background, adding extra front lighting for camera, or providing wireless microphones on top of the venue's existing PA system. The project manager assesses the existing setup and plans the additions in dialogue with the venue.
Can you deliver a panoramic video solution as a backdrop?
Yes. Our video department delivers panoramic LED walls and projection solutions that create powerful visual depth behind the stage. We supply video mixers, media servers, control computers and all signal infrastructure to run presentations, video and motion graphics in a unified video programme.
How do you handle the difference between speech sound and live music at a conference?
Speech requires high intelligibility and controlled reverberation, while live music needs a wider frequency response and more dynamic range. Our sound engineers are experienced in conference operations and configure the system with mixer snapshots optimised for each content type, so transitions are seamless during the programme.
Can you deliver conferences in unusual locations outside standard conference venues?
Yes. We have delivered conferences in most conceivable and inconceivable locations – the Dolphinarium at Kolmården, production halls, aircraft hangars and outdoors. When there is no power, rigging points or acoustics, we solve it with mobile generators, freestanding truss structures and the right PA system for the environment.
Can you design a set design adapted to our brand and theme?
Yes. Our décor department, carpentry workshop and print department together create a bespoke set design for your conference. This can range from a simple, stylish stage with a needle-felt carpet in a colour from our standard range, to a custom solution with on-site carpentry, recessed screens and interactive technology.
Can you produce a floor plan and 3D rendering ahead of the conference?
Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale floor plans and photorealistic 3D renderings of the set design and venue – a very useful tool when the project needs to be coordinated between multiple suppliers, catering and the venue, and when design and budget need to be approved across multiple levels.
Can you produce custom graphics and presentation templates for the conference?
Yes. Our content and graphics department produces custom presentation templates, jingles, bumpers and intros for the conference. They have detailed knowledge of which file formats and resolutions deliver the best results on the specific screens and projectors in use. After the event they also assist with editing recorded video material.
Can you deliver conferences internationally?
Yes. We have delivered conferences abroad – including in Paris. Our logistics department coordinates equipment transport with our own trucks and international partners, and the project manager handles local permits and supplier coordination on site.
