Conference

We know conferences. We have helped hundreds of companies hold conferences in all possible and impossible places. We have held conferences in the Dolphinarium at Kolmården, in production halls, in aircraft hangars and outdoors under the open sky. Most often, however, we are indoors in one of the conference rooms around Stockholm and Sweden. Sometimes we rig all the technology from scratch with light, lighting and image production and sometimes we supplement an existing setup or facility.

Regardless of the scope of our delivery, we ensure that your conference receives a stylish and professional technology solution with the latest equipment and highly competent staff in all positions. Our decoration department develops well-adapted stage solutions that fit your brand, core values and the messages you want to convey during the conference.

Our conference services

These are the departments that are usually involved when we organize conferences:

Sound technology

We have discreet and good-sounding speaker solutions that deliver very good sound without taking up too much space in the room. We use wireless microphones, mosquitos and headsets from reputable manufacturers to ensure both sound quality and operational reliability. Our sound engineers have good experience in conference operations and understand the differences between speech sound and live music.

Lighting technology

The lighting department delivers comprehensive front lighting and stage lighting for large and small conferences. We adapt the lighting to the right color temperature for both live and camera.

Video technology

Almost all conferences use some form of image support for presentations. It can be a simple projector and screen, a larger TV screen or a gigantic panoramic screen. We have many variations of video solutions and provide both projectors, projector screens, LED screens and different types of TV monitors and screens. In addition, we also deliver image mixers, driving computers, clickers, cue lights and everything else that may be needed for your particular conference.

Decor & Scenography

The decor department, together with the carpentry and print department, will create a tailor-made scenography for your conference. It can be a simple and stylish stage with a fire-rated needle felt carpet in a color from our standard range. Or it can be a special solution with on-site carpentry and recessed screens and interactive technology.

Project management

We have project managers who know conference solutions like the back of their hands. They check your wishes with you and coordinate our entire delivery with all our departments so that you as a customer have a point of contact throughout the entire project. Project managers from EDGE also keep you updated on costs and ensure that the budget is maintained.

Visualization

A 3D sketch, drawing or visualization of the solution is often a welcome basis when decisions are to be made by several decision-making bodies. Upon request, we can produce drawings and images of the solution that are both measured and to scale, but also almost photorealistic. A very good way to ensure that everyone involved in the project has a common picture of the end result. This is a huge help when projects are to be coordinated between several suppliers, catering and the venue.

Graphic Production

Our graphics department produces graphics and content for conferences in the form of customized powerpoints, jingles, bumpers and intros. After the event, they can also help with cutting and editing recorded video material from camera productions.
