Carpentry

Our carpentry is a fantastic asset that realizes our designers' ideas and visions. Here, unique solutions are created for stages, fairs, installations and displays. We manufacture in wood, metal, plastic and plexiglass for both indoor and outdoor use.

"In our carpentry, we work primarily with wood and aluminum, but also with plexiglass, plastic, foam and other metal. We manufacture special furniture, interiors, display products, wall systems, cases and various other products. We also do painting, varnishing and CNC work"

The products and solutions are produced in our carpentry premises and assembled on site by our carpenters who have extensive experience working at fairs, arenas and outdoor environments such as festivals and competitions. We are used to short lead times, complicated installations and have good experience of all the challenges that come with working with events.

Carpentry for various occasions

Our carpentry builds and assembles solutions for a variety of different types of meetings and events. We build entire trade fair stands and manufacture various types of podiums and display products for Expos. We also build backdrops and scenography for stages and custom-built DJ booths for nightclub installations. We build pop-up stores and do brand activations at festivals and more. Below are some examples of projects we often use the carpentry for:

Trade fairs

For trade fairs and expos, we manufacture custom-built trade fair stands, raised floors for stylish cable management, display podiums with recessed lighting and technology, and other types of display products. We also build custom-made furniture, such as bars, tables, podiums, and various types of counters. We also manufacture our own packaging solutions, so-called "cases," so that our furniture is transported safely and can be reused many times.

Activation

For brand activations at festivals, political weeks, and competitions, our carpentry manufactures various types of solutions that expose brands and companies. We build rain-proof trade fair stands for outdoor use, portals and entrances to festival areas, and custom-made interior design for event containers and tents. We also manufacture large logos in Styrofoam and wood, which are a very effective and stylish way to expose your brand.

Scenography

For stage solutions, the carpentry department manufactures various types of fronts, stairs and special parts to give classic podium scenes a unique expression. The carpentry department also builds scenographies and backdrops such as walls, podiums and specially built DJ booths.

Custom-built decor

For many of our projects, we build some form of specially designed decor. It could be, for example, a lectern with built-in speaker technology or a secret stage door built into a video wall.

Installation

In addition to our solutions for events and expos, we also make permanent and semi-permanent installations. These could be interiors for offices and shops or various types of pop-up shops. Some examples of such installations are Stockholmsrummet at Kulturhuset and Atlas Copco's showroom in Sickla in Stockholm.

Crafts with wood, metal, plastic and plexiglass

In the carpentry, our carpenters work with many different types of wood and materials for different types of solutions. Common wood materials are OSB, MDF, plywood and valchromat. To achieve proper strength when needed, we also work with different types of metals and concrete. We also do a lot of work in plastic and plexiglass. These materials are used particularly often in expos and when we manufacture logos.

CAD construction drawings

Before we build anything in the carpentry shop, we make detailed construction drawings in CAD. For this, we use various software such as Fusion 360, Rhinoceros and Vectorworks.

Precise cuts and milling with CNC

The heart of the carpentry shop is our computerized CNC milling machine that cuts and mills all wood and plastic materials with millimeter precision. With five axes, it not only cuts two-dimensionally but can also work at height and make three-dimensional cuts and cuts.

Painting and varnishing

In the carpentry shop we also have a painting shop and a varnishing box and can therefore deliver all our carpentry products painted and varnished with a very high finish. We have extensive experience in matching color codes from brand guides to shades of varnish to get exactly the right color for your brand's expo products.
