General Meeting

Every year we help a number of large and small companies to hold general meetings, both digital and physical. Sometimes we help companies hold a general meeting in connection with another internal event to take advantage of already rigged technology and decor, and sometimes we do completely independent general meetings.

We have tools for voting and voting both on site in the venue and via digital link. We also have a digital platform where guests can be segmented to take part in different parts of the content and votes. Our technicians are used to the special criteria that exist at a general meeting and have extensive experience of both physical and digital meetings.

These are the departments that are usually involved when we organize AGMs:

Sound technology

The sound department supplies technology and personnel for sound systems for AGMs. It can be a small and discreet solution for a conference room or a PA system for 10,000 spectators in an arena. Regardless of the size of the meeting, we ensure that all your participants hear properly, both in person in the venue and those participating digitally.

Lighting technology

For company meetings, we often deliver sober and functional stage lighting adapted for the camera and audience on site. We create balanced lighting for the stage and room in line with your brand's tonality and core values.

Video technology

A good image is almost always a prerequisite for a company meeting. We supply TV screens, projector screens and LED screens for various types of image solutions. We also make panoramic image solutions that are controlled by advanced image mixers and media servers.

Decor & Scenography

The decoration department delivers scenography and design for company meetings. We make presidium tables with built-in LED panels, stage flowers and flower arrangements, cut-out logos in Styrofoam, quilting, matting and much more. Read more about our design solutions.

Project management

Our project managers have good experience of both physical and digital company meetings. At EDGE you get a project manager who coordinates our entire delivery from all our departments. Our project manager keeps all technicians updated on the latest version of the program and ensures that everyone understands your wishes. Visualization

The visualization department produces dimensioned drawings and 3D renderings of our solutions so that all parties can get a good idea in advance of what the end result will be. This is a much-appreciated tool when you want to ensure that all guests have a place in the venue with a good line of sight to the stage while complying with all evacuation and fire regulations.

Graphic Production

Our graphics department produces graphics and content for general meetings in the form of specially adapted powerpoints, jingles, bumpers and intros. After the event, they can also help with cutting and editing recorded video material from camera productions.
