Content and Graphics

Graphic production and content are often a major part of modern productions for meetings and events. This can involve producing motion graphics and digital set designs for large LED walls and projection surfaces on stage – but also packaging a digital broadcast with vignettes, bumpers and name plates.

EDGE's graphics department produces and edits video material and films for use at physical and digital events, and has detailed knowledge of which file formats and settings deliver the best results on different types of screens and projectors. After the event, we also handle the cutting and editing of recorded footage so you can get it to your audience quickly.

Content and graphics for different occasions

Here are some examples of contexts where we regularly carry out graphic productions:

Motion graphics and content for LED walls and stage set design

Almost all stage productions for physical meetings include a projection surface or an LED wall. With these large, bright and high-resolution screen surfaces, motion graphics and content that make full use of the space become essential. EDGE's graphic designers produce digital set designs and bespoke video material optimised for the specific screens and resolutions we deliver in each project.

Vignettes, bumpers and name plates

Packaging your video segments with vignettes and bumpers creates a professional frame for your video programme. Combined with on-screen name plates for speakers and participants, the result looks like a polished TV production.

Event filming ahead of the event

Do you have a speaker who cannot attend in person, or want to show something to your audience without bringing them to the location? We come to you and record speakers, interviews, product demos or a tour of your new office – with camera equipment, lighting and sound recording for a professional field production.

Post-event video editing

Modern events often have a multi-camera production. We take care of the editing of the footage and deliver a finished event film to your desk early the following week.

Print originals and artwork

A large part of our graphics work involves various types of print – from a giant printed banner with a city skyline backdrop for a stage, to directional signage for an event based on a graphic profile. We produce print-ready artwork to order and adapt existing files for all types of complex large-format print.

Our content and graphics services

Here are some of the services we offer:

3D modelling

We work with 3D modelling in almost all types of graphic production. This can be a three-dimensional environment in a digital set design, an element in a bumper or vignette, or a motif for a large print. We work in several modern 3D software packages, primarily Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, Depence2 and Lumion.

Video editing and post-production

We edit all kinds of video material for productions before and after events. We document the event with a camera production and cut an event film you can distribute to your audience.

Field recording equipment and crew

We have all the equipment and personnel needed for a professional field recording – camera equipment, lighting and sound recording. This can be a CEO interview, employees who cannot attend on the day, product demos or tours of new premises.

Voiceover and speaker narration

Need a speaker voice as an intro to your video production or event? We produce voiceovers and speaker narration for video material and audio recordings – in Swedish and English.

Print artwork and originals

We handle all types of originals and files for print. We produce print-ready artwork to order, adapt existing files and provide the technical expertise needed for large and complex print jobs.

Frequently asked questions about content and graphics

Can you produce motion graphics tailored to our LED wall and stage?

Yes, and it is one of our core deliveries. EDGE produces digital set designs and motion graphics optimised for the specific LED walls, projection surfaces and resolutions we deliver in each project. Graphics are designed in close dialogue with our lighting and video departments to ensure the overall look is coherent – technically and aesthetically.

What are vignettes and bumpers and why do we need them?

Vignettes are the animated opening and closing of a video production – think logo animation and music bed. Bumpers are shorter transition elements between segments. Together they create a professional and consistent frame for the video programme and give the broadcast or event a polished, broadcast-quality feel. Combined with on-screen name plates for speakers, the production looks genuinely television-standard.

Can you come out and film a speaker or product demo ahead of an event?

Yes. We have all the equipment and personnel needed for a professional field recording – camera equipment, lighting and sound recording. This can be a speaker who cannot attend in person, an employee interview, a product demo or a tour of a new office or facility. We deliver edited material ready to play at the event.

Can you edit and cut the video footage from the event afterwards?

Yes. We handle the editing of camera footage from the event and deliver a finished film to you. Depending on the desired format and scope, this can range from a short social media highlight reel to a complete documentary film of the entire event.

Can you produce voiceover and speaker narration?

Yes. We produce voiceovers and speaker narration for video material and audio recordings – in Swedish and English. This can be an intro for a video production, a voice-over for a digital broadcast or narration for a promotional film.

What file formats and resolutions do you work with?

We have detailed knowledge of which file formats, codecs and resolutions deliver the best results on different types of LED walls, projectors and media servers. We produce content optimised for the specific pixel resolutions and aspect ratios of each project – and deliver files ready to play directly in the media server without on-site conversion.

Can you produce graphics that match our brand guidelines and Pantone colours?

Yes. We always work from the client's graphic profile and brand guide – and are experienced in matching exact Pantone colours and typographic guidelines. All graphics we produce, whether motion graphics for an LED wall or artwork for print, stay within your brand guidelines.

Can you produce print-ready artwork for large-format print?

Yes. We handle all types of originals and files for large-format print – from giant banners with complex background design to directional signage and stand graphics. We have extensive experience with complex print solutions and provide the technical expertise needed to achieve the right result at scale.
