Corporate events

A corporate event can be many things. It can be a conference, a supplier fair or a gala evening with Awards. Or why not a combination of all three? We deliver technology and design for all types of corporate events and events. We work in tents, city halls, trade fairs and arenas. We also do a lot of assignments outside at customers' own premises.

We have extensive experience of the challenges and opportunities that arise when the entire company comes together and work with you to make your visions possible, no matter how grandiose. Together we find solutions so that all your guests see, hear and feel what is happening on stage. Both live and digitally. We have worked in most event venues in Stockholm and Sweden and will help you get the most out of your venue booking.

Our services for corporate events

These are the departments that are usually involved when we do corporate events:

Sound technology

We have speakers, wireless microphones and mixing desks in different sizes for different occasions. We mic up the CEO and speakers and make sure the artists and entertainment sound as they should.

Lighting technology

The lighting department ensures that your corporate event is lit with the right tone and shape. We have hundreds of light fixtures, LED ramps and lighting effects to illuminate both offices and arenas.

Video technology

Large screens are always right on time. Who doesn't want their message to be delivered on a large, bright, high-resolution screen? We deliver large screens for presentations and video for both indoor and outdoor use. We also have computers, preview screens, camera solutions and everything else needed to solve the image technical part of a corporate event.

Decor & Scenography

Most corporate events need some form of stage. It can be a custom-built arched stage in birch plywood, a round stage in levels or a classic 6x4m podium stage for a cover band. Regardless of shape and size, our decoration department delivers stages that make your speakers and artists stand out.

The decoration department also delivers scenography, furniture, carpets and fabrics for stages, lounges and other types of environments.

Carpentry

A good way to increase the exclusivity of a corporate event is to produce custom-built elements in wood, plastic or metal. It can be a specially adapted podium with a milled logo or a complete renovation of the event venue.

Print

Just like with carpentry, print is a great way to make a corporate event even more tailored to you and your brand. The print department foils walls, floors and ceilings. They make photo walls, Styrofoam logos and other types of brand exposures both on stages and in other environments.

Project management

Our experienced project managers in corporate events are with you all the way from your idea to our finished delivery and coordination after implementation. They ensure that your visions are realized while you have full control over all costs.

Visualization

Visualizing your project with drawings and 3D sketches is a very effective way to get an idea of the end result even before the first truck has left our warehouse. We are proud to be able to say that we draw what we deliver because our 3D department makes incredibly realistic renderings of our upcoming projects and solutions.

Graphic Production

For our image solutions, we also produce material both before and after the event. We produce jingles, bumpers and intros for screens of various types and our graphic designers have a good knowledge of which file formats and settings work best on different types of screens. After the event, we also help with cutting and editing recorded video material.
