Decor and scenography solutions are one of the cornerstones of our offering for meetings, expos and events. We always strive to integrate our technical solutions into smart and stylish designs, whether it is a grand stage or a trade fair stand.To deliver sustainable solutions, we always start from our decor warehouse when creating new designs and scenographies. The decor department provides stages in various shapes, furniture, carpets, fabrics, props, plants and decorations. The decor is assembled by our decor carpenters with extensive experience of working at trade fairs, arenas and event venues. We also have decorators and scenographers with an exceptional eye for detail.

Our fabric warehouse holds a large range of fire-rated fabrics and backdrops in different sizes to suit different types of stage solutions. Our wide range includes bars, standing tables, bar stools and seating areas for your desired bar and lounge environment. To quickly and cost-effectively set up bars and seating areas for large numbers of guests, we have developed our own furniture series for the unique needs of the meetings industry. We see great value in being a supplier that can handle large assignments, so when we produce or invest in new furniture series, we always ensure we have a large number available for our productions.Themed environments

We have a wide range of stage podiums from Ilmonte and Bison. These stage podiums, with legs at different heights, are a strong foundation for all stage constructions. Combined with different fronts, stage stairs, round stage pucks and carpets, we create stages for all occasions – for the orchestra, the speaker or the display of your product. Stage podiums are also very suitable for building tiered seating indoors or mounting at ground level to create an even surface for outdoor activations.Fabrics and coverings
Our fabric warehouse holds a wide variety of fabrics, from molton to flexible veils. We carry fabrics in a large selection of colours, thicknesses and heights. All our fabrics are fire-rated and impregnated with flame-retardant material to meet industry standards. If you want to divide a room or conceal parts of your venue, we have various solutions for quickly installing fabric and framing at different heights and widths. We also work extensively with wire curtains and veils to create boundaries and welcoming environments.Carpets
Needle felt carpets are a very common product in both stage and expo contexts. These carpets are available in a large selection of colours and can be ordered with a cut logo or printed motif. Needle felt carpets are available in different qualities and thicknesses to match your preferences for feel and budget. In addition to needle felt carpets, we also carry dance carpets, high-gloss carpets and specialist carpets. All our carpets, like our fabrics, are fire-rated and impregnated with flame-retardant material, meaning they can be used on stages even where pyrotechnics are planned.Furniture
Our furniture range includes pieces for many different occasions and purposes. We have a variety of designer furniture, ideal for the stage or as studio furniture for seated dialogues. We have sofas, armchairs, tables and chairs for different types of themes that can be combined in almost endless combinations. Yes, this is one of our core deliveries. We combine stage decks and podiums from Ilmonte and Bison with room draping, carpets and furniture to create a complete set design. Everything is designed and assembled by our own decorators and decor carpenters, coordinated with lighting and video solutions for a seamless result.
Are your fabrics and carpets fire-rated?
Yes. All our fabrics and carpets are fire-rated and impregnated with flame-retardant material to meet industry standards. This means they can be used in venues with fire-rating requirements, including venues where pyrotechnics are planned.
Can you furnish a lounge for hundreds of guests?
Yes. We have our own furniture series with bars, sofas and standing tables produced specifically for large-scale events. When we invest in new furniture series, we always ensure we have sufficient stock for our productions – we are experienced in furnishing for hundreds of guests and deliver a complete lounge quickly and cost-effectively.
Can you produce needle felt carpets with a printed or cut logo?
Yes. Needle felt carpets can be ordered with a cut logo or printed motif. They are available in a large selection of colours and different qualities and thicknesses – adaptable to your preferences for feel, budget and the specific requirements of the event.
Can you build themed environments – for example jungle, vintage or white-on-white?
Yes, themed environments are one of the decor department's specialities. We have built everything from jungle set designs and Chesterfield lounges to minimalist white-on-white environments. By combining fabrics, carpets, furniture, print and flowers, we create unique thematic installations tailored to your vision and brand.
Can you divide or conceal parts of a venue using fabrics?
Yes. We have a wide range of fabrics and framing systems for quickly creating room divisions, concealing back-of-house areas or adding a welcoming atmosphere. We work with everything from dense molton to light veils and wire curtains depending on the desired expression.
Can you deliver custom-built scenographic elements and furniture?
Yes. The decor department works closely with EDGE's carpentry team to produce custom-built furniture, backdrops, portals and decorative installations. This can range from a logo filled with flowers to a complete custom stage with rounded edges and integrated lighting.
Do you work with flowers and greenery?
Yes. Flowers and greenery are a very popular element in our decor solutions and feature in a large proportion of our productions. We integrate plants and flowers into stages, lounges, photo stations and entrances to give each installation a living, natural feel.
