We are used to high demands at all types of meetings. The technology should always work and the design and scenographic solutions should be stylish and well thought out.

When executives are to meet, these requirements are even more important. Many times, guests at executive meetings have traveled in just for the meeting and will move on as soon as the meeting is over. We often work with this type of conditions and all our staff have good experience of executive meetings of various kinds. These can be meetings with 20 participants in a conference room or 400 executives in a specially built meeting arena in an exhibition hall. The video material is usually run by a media server from Watchout or via a Vista Spyder. Our experienced image technicians are used to handling sensitive material and we have good procedures for handling presentation material both before, during and after the implementation.

Decor & Scenography

The decor department designs scenes, environments and furnishings for executive meetings. Together with you, we develop a solution that fits your company's brand and trademark. For executive meetings, we usually deliver scenography, stage furniture, flowers and various types of lounge and seating environments.

Project management

Graphic Production

Our graphics department produces graphics and content for executive meetings in the form of custom powerpoints, jingles, bumpers and intros. After the event, they can also help with cutting and editing recorded video material from camera productions.
