We have been both a technical supplier and a designer of sets and stages for many fashion shows and hairdressing competitions. We have done fashion shows in everything from the finest salons to skate parks and bathhouses. We have done hairdressing competitions in exhibition halls, at the City Hall and in the Globen.

Regardless of whether the show is for ten journalists or an audience of 3,000 people, the same basic principles apply. During the short time that the show is running, everything has to go smoothly. Many times, guests show up minutes before the start and leave shortly after. There are simply no margins.

We have extensive experience with different types of screenings and we know the demands placed on both personnel and production.

Sound technology

The sound department supplies loudspeaker systems, microphones, mixing desks, DJ equipment and all the technology required for artists and entertainment. We have large loudspeaker systems for arenas and discreet and stylish solutions for occasions when how it looks is as important as how it sounds.

Lighting technology

The lighting department has a large selection of fixtures for catwalks and stages where models are to be displayed. We always provide comprehensive lighting over the display area in a carefully selected color temperature according to your wishes. If you want to add a little more show to the display, we also have a large stock of moving lights, light tables and effect lights. Our lighting technicians are very experienced in show programming and lighting of displays and models.

Video technology

The Video department supplies screens for displaying graphics and sponsor messages, camera productions for filming displays and technology for live broadcasts. Our Video warehouse contains LED screens, projectors, projection screens, cameras, video mixers and all other video technology required to deliver professional video solutions.

Decor & Scenography

The decor department supplies decor and scenography for fashion shows, hairdressing competitions and shows. They supply stage podiums for stages, catwalks and seating areas. They make fire-rated needle felt carpets, high-gloss carpets, dance carpets and carpets in special materials. They also have a large selection of fabrics in different materials and colors for certificates and backdrops.

Carpentry

The Carpentry department builds specially designed scenographies, stages and backdrops for screenings and shows. They build in wood, plastic, plexiglass and metal and manufacture structures for both indoor and outdoor use.

Project Management

Our project managers have extensive experience of fashion shows and hairdressing competitions. The project manager from EDGE coordinates the delivery from all our departments and ensures that your vision is conveyed to everyone involved. The project manager also keeps you updated on costs and ensures that we stay within the agreed budget.

Visualization

A 3D sketch, drawing or visualization of the solution is often a welcome basis when decisions are to be made by several decision-making bodies. Upon request, we can produce drawings and images of our solution that are both dimensional and to scale, but also almost photorealistic. A very good way to ensure that everyone involved in the project has a common picture of the end result.
