The Absolut Company at Le Meridien in Paris
In the early 2010s, we packed up our trailers and went with our client Occasion to deliver technology and decor for a high-end conference in central Paris. Our mission was to transform a classic ballroom at the historic hotel Le Méridien Etoile into an event hall tailored to The Absolut Company's visual profile. The solution was to build a new room inside Le Méridien's grand ballroom with fabric walls and a large gazebo where guests sat at round tables. The stage wall was a smooth wall with illuminated stretch fabric interspersed with LED screens and rear-projected video.
The stage deck was built from traditional stage podiums and with a specially carved front and recessed stairs that created an almost floating feeling. The stage was covered in white plastic carpet and had a foil on top of it.
A really stylish solution that looks simple but is full of nice details. Fun!
