ATEA National Team Camp 2021

How do you make something nice in a tent? That's the question we asked ourselves when we had the opportunity to help our client Minnesota Communication develop a solution for a kickoff in a tent for 1500 people for their client ATEA out on Bosön. The solution would work for a seated conference during the day and then be transformed into a stage for a concert with Eclipse, Kaliffa and Molly Sandén as well as a nightclub in the evening.

The solution was a massive Layher stage that we decorated with matting and plywood fronts. Three large, high-resolution LED screens were built on it, of which the main screen was 14x4m and the sides were 6x4m. The entire stage was framed by 4m high walls of mesh fabric with recessed lines of Sceptron fixtures. To top it off, we hung a lighting rig with about 40 messy fixtures and rigged a proper PA system for both the conference and the party.
