ATEA National Team Camp 2021
When we were asked to help Minnesota Communication deliver ATEA's kickoff at Bosön, the challenge was clear: how do you create something truly impressive in a tent for 1,500 people? The solution needed to work as a seated conference during the day, then transform into a concert stage for Eclipse, Kaliffa and Molly Sandén, followed by a nightclub in the evening. The answer was a massive Layher stage with plywood fronts and custom matting. On it, we built three large high-resolution LED walls – the main screen at 14x4 m and the side screens at 6x4 m each. The entire stage was framed by 4 m high walls of semi-transparent mesh fabric with integrated rows of Martin VDO Sceptron fixtures. Completing the setup: a lighting rig with around forty moving fixtures and a PA system dimensioned for both conference and live concert use.
