Audi E-Tron GT
What does an electric car sound like? Or rather, what does one of the world's fastest electric cars sound like? That question was on the table when we were commissioned by Workshop to create a solution where the customer could really experience the specially produced sound that was developed for Audi's new sports car E-Tron GTThe solution was an experience hub with integrated sound, light and image where you were completely surrounded by the sound from the E-tron GT while watching a mini-documentary about how the sound was created.
The hub was installed on site in Audi's Showroom on Hamngatan in Stockholm while the E-tron GT was displayed there for a few weeks in early 2021.

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department installed speakers above the chair and a built-in subwoofer in the chair itself so you could really feel the sound.
LightThe lighting department delivered functional lighting inside the hub as well as a moving light installation around the chair that played an animated light program.
VideoThe Video department delivered a built-in TV screen in the hub as well as a playout solution for the mini-documentary that was shown.
DecorThe decoration department produced a specially designed leather chair in the center of the box.
CarpentryThe carpentry shop produced a box that was the basis for the hub itself. The box had two closed sides, one side completely made of glass and one side with an opening that became the entrance into the hub.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Andreas Bonnevier.
