It all started with Snapchat at Guldägget
In connection with the work on Guldägget 2022 at Stockholm Waterfront, we were also asked by our friends at Eventum to design and produce a lounge for the gala's main sponsor, Snapchat. The solution was a 150 sq m lounge with specially produced furniture, a demo station for Snapchat's AR functions and an integrated ice cream parlor.
The furniture, modules and concept that were designed and built for this activation have since been reused in different configurations for other events. A great solution that is both very sustainable and provides a high recognition factor for the brand. Smart!

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundAlthough the audio department is not always an obvious part of a lounge or booth solution, it is definitely a main ingredient when it comes to conferences. For example, when we delivered a solution for the Snap Forward event at the Fotografiska Muséet, the audio department delivered speaker systems, wireless microphones and audio mixing.
LightThe lighting department is usually involved in Snapchat projects. This can involve ambient lighting, built-in lighting in custom-built furniture, or lighting for conferences, parties, and social gatherings.
VideoThe Video department is almost always present at Snapchat activations with screens for the various modules. When it comes to presentations and conferences, the video department is there with screen solutions, presentation technology and technical staff.
DecorThe decor department is stepping up where Snapchat doesn't already have its own decoration solutions. This could include carpeting, stage decks, draperies and furnishings.
CarpentryThe carpentry department produces all custom-built Snapchat furniture and modules and is then out in the field building and tearing down the various events.
PrintThe printing department puts the finishing touch on furniture and events with printed logos and floor foils.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Mikael "Snobben" Jonasson.
