ÅF PÖYRY Leadership Summit at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena
Towards the end of 2019, we were entrusted by our client PS Occasion to help when ÅF PÖYRY held its Leadership Summit and in connection with it launched its new name AFRY. The event was held in the venue Strawberry Fields at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena in Solna and our assignment consisted of designing and delivering a complete solution with design and technology. The solution was a main stage with a large video panorama surrounded by moving light. On the long sides around the stage, we rigged two more video screens that were framed with Martin's VDO Sceptron.
In the middle of the room and at the entrance, we rigged round trusses with wire curtains that we illuminated with LED ramps and projected gobos onto.
In the back of the room, we built a large lounge that included a large, carved wall where each guest could mount their own personal wooden tray that then together formed AFRY's new logo.
