ÅF PÖYRY Leadership Summit at Quality Hotel™ Strawberry Arena
Towards the end of 2019, we were brought in by our client PS Occasion to design and deliver a full production for ÅF PÖYRY's Leadership Summit – an event that also marked the official launch of the company's new name, AFRY. The event was held in Strawberry Fields at Quality Hotel™ Strawberry Arena in Solna. The main stage featured a wide video panorama surrounded by moving light fixtures. Along the long sides of the room, we rigged two additional projection screens, each framed by Martin VDO Sceptron luminaires.
In the centre of the room and at the entrance, we hung curved trusses with wire curtains, illuminated by LED bars and with the client's logo projected onto them from moving heads.
At the back of the room, we built a large lounge featuring a custom-fabricated wall where each guest mounted a personal wooden tile – name engraved on one side, a section of AFRY's new logo on the other – which together formed the complete logo. An activation that doubled as a permanent installation.
