Allergan Spring Meeting 2019
During the spring of 2019, we helped our client Minnesota Communication with technology and design for the Allergan Spring Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront. Our assignment consisted of designing and delivering technology and scenography for a conference in A1, mingling areas and a supplier fair in M1, as well as branding and framing of all surrounding areas. The solution was to complement the existing technical solution, a Thinlight framing for the canvases, lighting the building's backdrop, and building a new stage on several levels. On the sides of the stage, two screens were built and covered with foil, and in the middle of the stage, we produced a Juvéderm logo milled into a plexiglass sheet.
In the neighboring venue M1, we also built a supplier fair and the entrance was branded with window foils, matting, and photo and badge walls.

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundWe supplemented the house's sound system with wireless microphones, subwoofers, intercom and sound engineers.
LightThe lighting department used the in-house lighting rig but supplemented it with lighting of the existing backdrop and a lighting installation between and under the projector screens with over 200m of Thinlight.
VideoThe in-house projectors were supplemented with three new projection screens and an image control with a Watchout media server. We also delivered a camera production with manned cameras and Steadicam.
DecorFor the conference, the decoration department delivered a custom-built stage with different levels with hard fronts and stage furniture. Furniture was built and carpet was laid in the lounge and exhibition area.
CarpentryFor the supplier fair in M1, the carpentry shop built specially designed exhibition walls with recessed TV screens. On the conference stage, two side walls for branding were built and a milled Juvéderm logo in plexiglass. In addition, a large photo wall and a badge wall were installed in the entrance.
PrintThe print department delivered and installed prints in almost all the premises at Waterfront. Light boxes for the entrance, window foils, cloakroom counters, information counters, badge walls, displays, and even a number of lecterns. We thought it was fun!
