Think With Google - Digital Marketing Transformation at Hotel At Six
In the spring of 2020, we were commissioned to make a technical addition and produce a new stage design for Think With Google - Digital Marketing Transformation at Hotel At Six, via our client Utsikt Kommunikation. In addition to the stage assignment, the project also included the production of custom-built lounge furniture, the cladding of existing furniture and walls with the same design in plywood, and the installation of a completely new temporary wall.
A really fun and challenging project that we are very proud to have produced. It turned out really, really nice!

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department used the sound rig already in place at Hotel At Six but supplemented it with sound mixing, wireless microphones and, above all, our own sound engineers.
LightThe lighting department supplemented existing lighting with moving lights on the stage, lighting control and its own lighting techniques.
VideoThe video department started with the house's large LED wall and supplemented it with image mixing and a Watchout media server. It also supplemented it with preview screens, computers for presentations, clickers and, above all, our own visual technicians.
DecorThe decoration department expanded the house's stage with stage podiums and laid shiny white carpet over the entire stage. Outside in the lounge and entrance, the joinery was complemented with small decorations, flowers and details. They also delivered over 250 folded paper airplanes that were mounted on the ceiling and on the joinery details. The decoration department also delivered over 200 of our Italian designer chairs for the seating by the stage.
CarpentryFor this project, the carpentry department made a massive delivery. According to the customer's order, a large number of elements with horizontal plywood ribs were produced. The stage, the stage wall, the house's counters and bars were covered. A completely new temporary wall was also built that divided the conference from the lounge. In addition to all this, a large number of completely new furniture such as standing tables and wastebasket covers were also produced, all in the same plywood style.
PrintThe print department delivered foils and cut-out logos for communication and framing the event.
