Hotel At Six - An exclusive event venue in the middle of central Stockholm

At Hotel At Six in the middle of central Stockholm there is an exclusive conference facility of over 2800 m2 with the two event venues Small and Large in the center. Large is a fully-equipped event space for conferences, dinners and parties with a lot of existing technology that includes a large LED screen, sound system and some lighting.

The event venue Small is located right next door and, thanks to a sliding wall, can both become part of the Large venue and function as a separate room. Small is ideal for use as a pre-mix, after-party, greenroom, breakout or as a standalone part of the event.

Outside the event venues Small and Large there is a meeting square called Social. Here you can have guests mingling with or without food, frame the space with a small fair or why not run the after-party here and transform the square into a nightclub?

What we can offer for your event at Hotel At Six

Here we have divided up the services that we usually offer to customers who are going to organize events at Hotel At Six.

Sound technology

The house has an excellent sound system with tops, basses, wireless and mixer. We usually supplement with more speakers if the event or any artists require it. Supplement with more wireless microphones and tape technology. Sometimes we upgrade to a more advanced sound mixer and almost always we bring our own sound engineers who work well in a team with our other engineers.

Lighting technology

Light is both function and form. There is a competent lighting solution on site to illuminate the stage that works just fine, but if you want to be a little creative, you usually need to supplement it. We usually hang some moving light and sometimes supplement it with some light installation on the sides of the LED screen. We often also do a lot of ambient lighting with LED fixtures that add color to the surfaces.

Image technology

On the stage in Large there is a large LED screen mounted that is controlled by a Watchout media server that the house has installed. This solution is a very good basis to start from and make any additions. We usually supplement with driving computers, camera solutions, preview screens and image mixers.

Decoration

In terms of decoration, we would probably stick our chin out a bit and say that we have done the most ambitious design and decoration installations that have been done at Hotel At Six. Everything from custom-building trade fair modules for exhibitions in Large, covering the entire stage in plywood or why not building a completely new wall between Large and Social to fit the number of guests for that particular event like a glove.

We have done most of it and often with very short construction and demolition times because the venue is very popular and often booked. Don't hesitate to contact us with your idea!

Carpentry

Where the decor department ends, the carpentry department takes over. They custom produce everything that is not in our decor stock. Of all the design and decor solutions we have delivered to Hotel At Six, it is the carpentry department that has been responsible for the majority of everything custom produced.

Print

The print department has also made a variety of deliveries to events at Hotel At Six. Everything from foiling the moldings on the stage in Large to a dark gray to foiling all the windows to the surrounding offices inside Social. Print has also foiled the entire event entrance outside for several events and delivered specially designed paper airplanes that hung from the entire ceiling in the corridor leading into Large and Social.

Graphics

A large, high-resolution LED screen is only as good as the content you show on it. The graphics department has been involved in producing material for several events at Hotel At Six. All with precise pixel dimensions so that it fits the screen perfectly and makes it easier for the image technicians to work on site, thereby saving valuable time!

Project management

With short construction and tear down times, a lot has to come into place at once. Our experienced project managers coordinate our departments' deliveries and ensure that each part is built at exactly the right time. They also guide you through the process of finding the right solution for your event, leveraging the strengths of the venue.
