Oriflame – We make it happen
During the Covid pandemic, we were commissioned by Oriflame Cosmetics to develop design and a technical solution for an online meeting in Zoom for over 4,000 participants, in collaboration with Max Max Productions. The solution was a custom-built 360-degree TV studio erected in the venue Strawberry Fields at Quality Hotel™ Strawberry Arena.
The studio was a circular production framed by large rear-projected display surfaces. Inside, stage decor was built along with an advanced lighting rig of over 50 moving fixtures, GLP LED bars and blinders.
For the digital meeting to work as intended – with hundreds of participants visible live on screen and the ability to open a full-screen dialogue with any of them at any time – no fewer than 65 laptops were required, each capable of sending both video and audio into the studio.
