Oriflame - We make it happen
During the corona pandemic, we were commissioned by our friends at Oriflame Cosmetics to develop a design and a technical solution for an online meeting in Max Max Productions in collaboration with Zoom for over 4,000 participants. The solution was a custom-built 360-degree TV studio that we built in the venue Strawberry Fields at Quality Hotel Friends
The studio was a round production framed by large, rear-projected projection surfaces. Inside the studio, stage decor was built and, above all, an advanced lighting rig with over 50 moving fixtures, GLP led bars and blinders.
In order for the digital meeting to function as desired with hundreds of participants who were visible live on the screens and who could start a dialogue with in full screen at any time, no less than 65 laptops were required, all of which could send both image and sound to the studio - impressive!

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department delivered sound systems, wireless microphones and sound mixing to the studio, but above all, they also solved the sound mixing for the digital meeting with over 65 digital inputs from laptops that participated in the meeting.
LightThe lighting department built the rigging and frame for the studio with three black rope circles that were flown on motors in the studio ceiling. The lighting rig in the ropes consisted of about fifty movable fixtures such as Clay Paky Mythos 2 and Martin Quantum Wash.
VideoThe Video department delivered an imaging solution with two massive rear-projected image surfaces that functioned both as screens and as walls into the studio. In addition to the imaging surfaces, they also delivered image mixing for the studio and livestream, 65 laptops that controlled the different parts of the zoom meeting, and a complete camera solution with studio cameras and steadicam.
DecorThe decor department delivered fabrics, decor and furniture for the studio and green rooms.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Andreas Bonnevier.
