Tele2-Awards 2019
Ahead of Tele2's annual employee party at Tele2 Arena, we were commissioned by PS Occasion to design and deliver a large stage for Awards and live artists as well as create a mingling area with another stage for pre-mingling and after-party.For the main stage, the solution was a 30m wide panoramic projection screen that hung over the entire stage. Below the panorama, the image solution continued downwards with another 12m projection screen framed by standing LED screens. The lighting rig consisted of around 100 moving fixtures and blinders. The sound department delivered a first-class sound system for the Awards as well as sound technology for the evening's artists Smith & Tell and David Eldh with Le Hype!
For the mingling part, the decor department really got to show what they're made of. Here, "Tele2-City" was built, a huge mingling area decorated like a city. Large printed backdrops framed the entire area and in the middle stood two gigantic high-rise buildings made of rope and printed vepor. One housed a large 360-bar and the other the FOH/mixing area for the small stage where Grant and Miriam Bryant performed. In addition to this, an arcade area and a gigantic makeup station were built.
