Tele2-Awards 2019

Ahead of Tele2's annual employee party at 3Arena, we were commissioned by PS Occasion to design and deliver a large stage for the Awards and live artists, and to create a networking area with a second stage for the pre-party and after-party.

For the main stage, the solution was a 30 m wide panoramic projection screen suspended over the entire stage. Below the panorama, the display solution continued with a 12 m projection screen framed by standing LED screens. The lighting rig consisted of around 100 moving fixtures and blinders. The audio team delivered a first-class sound system for the Awards plus live band equipment for the evening's artists Smith & Tell and David Eldh with Le Hype.

For the networking section, the decor team really got to show what they could do. "Tele2-City" was built – a huge networking area dressed as a city. Large printed banners framed the entire space and two gigantic high-rise structures made of truss and printed banners stood in the centre. One housed a large 360-bar and the other the F.O.H. for the small stage where Grant and Miriam Bryant performed. An arcade area and a gigantic makeup station were also built.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    PA systems, wireless microphones, audio mixing, live band equipment and DJ equipment for the main stage with the Awards and artists including Smith & Tell and David Eldh. A complete audio solution was also delivered for the small after-party stage with artists including Miriam Bryant and Grant. Read more about sound

  • Light

    Lighting rigs for both the main and small stages, plus ambient lighting for the entire floor at 3Arena. A total of around 80 LED washes for ambient lighting and over 200 moving fixtures. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    A 30 m video panorama, a 12 m rear-projection screen and four standing LED screens for the main stage, plus an 8 m LED screen for the small stage. Complete video solutions with video mixing, control systems and camera production for both stages. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    Stage decks for both the main and small stages were built and carpeted. A huge networking area was built, packed with set design, carpeting and furniture. Read more about decor & set design

  • Print

    Large printed banners to frame the networking area and create the illusion of high-rise buildings. Large printed signs for the entrance and to mark out the different zones of the area. Read more about print

  • Content & Graphics
