Can you build a complete bar or pop-up shop for outdoor use?
Yes. Our carpentry department builds bars, walls, floors and roofing for outdoor activations – constructed to withstand wind and weather. We have delivered outdoor installations at festivals, golf tournaments, beaches and public squares. The bar or shop is delivered complete with décor, print, lighting and sound from EDGE's own departments.
Can you help us in the dialogue with the festival organiser or venue owner?
Yes. EDGE's activation project managers have extensive experience coordinating with festival directors, sponsorship managers, venue owners and licensing authorities. We produce the drawings, technical specifications and safety documentation required, and can attend meetings with the organiser on your behalf.
Can you match our brand guide in print and décor?
Yes. Our print department produces full vinyl wraps, cut-out logos and branding on most materials – matching exact Pantone colours and typography from your brand guide. The content and graphics department converts existing brand profiles to the right file formats and resolutions for the specific applications at the activation site.
Can you deliver sound for DJs and live artists at an activation?
Yes. Our sound department delivers everything from discreet background music systems to full PA systems for DJs and live artists. We are experienced in festival environments and understand the sound level restrictions and directional requirements that typically apply to sponsor activations adjacent to a festival stage.
Can you show us a 3D rendering of the activation before we sign off?
Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale floor plans and photorealistic 3D renderings of the activation before it is built. This is an effective tool when design and budget decisions need to be approved across multiple internal levels or with a sponsorship team.
Can you deliver LED screens and digital content for the activation?
Yes. Our video department supplies outdoor-rated LED screens, camera solutions and media servers capable of displaying sponsor messages, live camera feeds and motion graphics. Our content and graphics department produces the digital content – optimised for the specific screen types and resolutions in use.
How does logistics work for an outdoor activation at a festival?
Our logistics department coordinates transport and delivery of all EDGE departments' material in a single consolidated logistics flow. We are experienced in navigating festival sites and competition venues with restricted access corridors and strict time windows for load-in and load-out. The project manager coordinates with the organiser's logistics team well in advance.
Can you deliver activations outside Stockholm?
Yes. We deliver activations throughout Sweden and have delivered internationally. Whether it is Almedalen on Gotland, Barsebäck in Skåne, Gothenburg or an event in Europe – EDGE's logistics and project management team handles transport and installation with the same structure as for an assignment in the Stockholm region.
