By running the AGM in connection with another internal event – a leadership meeting, kickoff or conference – you can take advantage of technology and décor that is already rigged. The project manager plans the schedule and technical setup so that both parts work optimally.
Can you build a presidium table with built-in screens?
Yes. Our décor department delivers presidium tables with built-in LED panels and screens – practical for displaying the speaker list, agenda or voting results directly at the presidium. The table is designed and vinyl-wrapped in line with your brand's graphic profile.
Can you produce a floor plan confirming all guests have a clear line of sight?
Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale floor plans and 3D renderings of the venue with stage, presidium table, seating and technical equipment drawn in. This makes it straightforward to verify that all participants have a clear line of sight and that all escape routes and fire regulations are met.
How does the project manager handle programme changes on the day?
EDGE's project manager keeps all technicians continuously updated on the latest version of the programme during preparation and on the day of the meeting. AGMs often require flexibility when agenda items run shorter or longer than planned – our technicians are experienced in adapting video direction, sound and production in real time.
Can you deliver set design and branding for the presidium and stage?
Yes. Our décor department delivers set design suited to the tonality of a general meeting – room draping with fabric, needle-felt carpets, stage flowers and presidium tables with built-in LED panels. Our print department produces cut-out logo decals, backdrops and branding for lecterns and podiums in line with your graphic profile.
Can you produce graphics and content for the screens during the meeting?
Yes. Our content and graphics department produces custom presentation templates, jingles, bumpers and intros for the screens during the meeting. They have detailed knowledge of which file formats and resolutions work best on the specific screens and projectors in use. After the meeting they can also assist with cutting and editing recorded footage from camera productions.
