Redundancy means that critical technical components have a backup unit that can take over automatically or manually if something fails. For executive meetings this can include duplicate audio mixers, backup signal cables or UPS/battery backup protecting against power outages. Planning the technical setup with redundancy is standard for us when a meeting cannot afford to stop.
Can you handle presentation material with high confidentiality requirements?
Yes. Our video technicians are experienced in handling sensitive and confidential presentation material. We have solid procedures for receiving, testing and managing material before, during and after the event – and material can be deleted from equipment after the meeting if required.

Yes. Our sound department delivers simultaneous interpretation equipment – interpreter booths, receivers and headsets for participants. We also handle separate audio mixes for camera and video recording so that interpretation tracks and the original audio are managed correctly in the recorded material.

A wide LED wall or panoramic projection solution gives the stage impressive visual depth and makes it easy to display presentations, video and motion graphics in a unified format.
