When executives are meeting, these requirements are even more critical. Many times guests at executive meetings have travelled specifically for the meeting and will move on as soon as it ends. We regularly work in these conditions and all our staff have extensive experience of executive meetings of all kinds. These can range from meetings with 20 participants in a conference room to 400 executives in a custom-built meeting arena in an exhibition hall. Regardless of size and format, we have solutions that are both refined and dependable. Redundancy means that critical technical components have a backup unit that can take over automatically or manually if something fails. For executive meetings this can include duplicate audio mixers, backup signal cables or UPS/battery backup protecting against power outages. Planning the technical setup with redundancy is standard for us when a meeting cannot afford to stop.

Can you handle presentation material with high confidentiality requirements?

Yes. Our video technicians are experienced in handling sensitive and confidential presentation material. We have solid procedures for receiving, testing and managing material before, during and after the event – and material can be deleted from equipment after the meeting if required.

Can you deliver simultaneous interpretation for an international executive meeting?

Yes. Our sound department delivers simultaneous interpretation equipment – interpreter booths, receivers and headsets for participants. We also handle separate audio mixes for camera and video recording so that interpretation tracks and the original audio are managed correctly in the recorded material.

Can you build a panoramic video solution as a backdrop for the stage?

Yes, and it is one of the most common formats for executive meetings. A wide LED wall or panoramic projection solution gives the stage impressive visual depth and makes it easy to display presentations, video and motion graphics in a unified format. Playback is handled via Dataton Watchout or Vista Spyder depending on the project's requirements.

Can you adapt the set design to our brand?

Yes. Our décor department works with you to develop a set design that matches your brand's tonality and graphic profile. This can range from a simple podium with a vinyl-wrapped logo to a custom-built stage with a canopy, lounge furniture and floral arrangements. Our print department complements with branding on lecterns, backdrops and digital surfaces.

Can you deliver solutions for satellite stages and panel discussions?

Yes. We build satellite stages and panel furniture configurations for discussions and breakout moments as part of a larger executive meeting. Our video department handles the integration of the satellite stage into the overall video programme – ensuring screens, cameras and switchers work as one unified system.

Can you produce a floor plan confirming all participants have a clear line of sight?

Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale floor plans and 3D renderings of the venue with stage, seating and technical equipment drawn in. This makes it straightforward to verify lines of sight and confirm that evacuation routes and fire regulations are met before production starts.

Can you deliver a digital executive meeting or hybrid format?
