Can you deliver a corporate event combining a conference, dinner and live entertainment in one day?
Yes, it is one of our most common deliveries. We produce full-day events where the conference segment seamlessly transitions into a staff party or gala evening – with set design, lighting and technology adapted for each phase of the programme. A project manager coordinates all departments and handles the changeover between the different parts.
Can you deliver a corporate event for thousands of attendees in an arena venue?
Yes. Large arena productions are our home turf. We have delivered corporate events at Avicii Arena, Annexet, Hovet, Stockholm Waterfront and 3Arena – with full-scale stage production, panoramic LED walls, concert sound and camera production for tens of thousands of attendees.
Can you deliver a small corporate event for 50 people at an office?
Yes. We deliver corporate events of all sizes – from a discreet office gathering with design speakers and atmospheric lighting to full-scale arena galas. The project manager dimensions the delivery to your venue, your number of guests and your budget, and you only pay for what you actually need.
What does the project manager's role include at a corporate event?
The project manager is your single point of contact from concept to final de-rig. This means coordinating sound, lighting, video, décor, carpentry, print and logistics internally – as well as communicating with the venue, artists and other suppliers. You avoid having ten different contacts and can focus all your energy on the content of your event.
Can you deliver a hybrid corporate event with streaming for remote employees?
Yes. We deliver hybrid solutions for corporate events with streaming, camera production and integration with Teams, Zoom and dedicated event platforms. Remote participants see and hear presentations in the same quality as the physical attendees, and can take part in Q&A and polls.
Can you deliver set design and décor that communicates our brand identity?
Yes. Our décor department, carpentry workshop and print department design and produce set designs, backdrop walls, lecterns and branding material in line with your graphic profile and brand guide. We draw what we deliver – our visualisation department produces photorealistic 3D renderings as decision-making material before production starts.
Can you deliver live artists and entertainment at the corporate event?
Yes. Our sound department has all the technology required for live bands, artists and DJs – and we are experienced with artist riders from international acts. We have delivered entertainment with artists including Måns Zelmerlöw, Norlie KKV, Molly Sandén and Viktor Leksell at corporate events.
Can you deliver pyrotechnics and spectacular effects for the awards moment?
Yes. Our lighting department delivers CO2 jets, streamers, sparklers and confetti – synchronised with lighting, music and video for maximum dramatic impact. We handle all permits and safety documentation for pyrotechnics in coordination with the venue.
