During the early 2020s we were involved in producing some of the largest virtual events arranged in Sweden. A virtual event is a fully digital experience with navigable 3D environments – visitors move around a virtual world with trade fair stands, networking areas and lecture stages. A digital event is a broadcast or stream that visitors watch passively. Virtual events create more interactivity and opportunities for visitors to explore and network at their own pace.
Which platform do you use for virtual events?
We work primarily with Twebcast – a Swedish platform for virtual events and trade fairs with which we have had an in-depth collaboration for several years. Twebcast offers all the prerequisites for an intuitive and solid virtual experience with 3D environments, networking features, live broadcasts and interactive stands.
Can you produce a 3D-modelled virtual exhibition stand for our brand?
Yes. Our 3D graphic designers produce detailed and photorealistic virtual exhibition stands adapted to your brand and graphic profile. If you have an existing digital stand or product, we assist with integrating it into the platform – and if you do not have a ready-made solution, we develop a design for you.
Can a virtual event be combined with a live broadcast?
Yes. Virtual events are often combined with a live broadcast from a physical studio or event venue – a lecture stage or keynote broadcast live to visitors in the virtual environment. EDGE handles the entire chain: the virtual platform, the 3D environments and the full TV production for the live broadcast.

How large a virtual trade fair have you produced?
We have produced some of the largest virtual events in Sweden – including Dustin Expo Connected with hundreds of virtual exhibition stands for brands including HP, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo and Brother. We pushed the boundaries of what was technically possible together with Dustin and Twebcast in the early 2020s.
Can you build a complete virtual exhibition hall with a navigable environment?
Yes. We produce complete virtual exhibition halls with navigable 3D environments – exhibition floors, stands, inspiration squares, networking areas and lecture stages. Visitors navigate the environment via their browser without any software download required.
Can you integrate an existing 3D model of our product into the virtual stand?
Yes. If you have an existing 3D model of your product or an existing digital stand concept, we assist with integrating it into the Twebcast platform and adapting it to the environment's technical requirements and aesthetic. We can also modify or supplement existing assets if needed.
