Launch

We have done many launches of various kinds. We have helped launch cars, aircraft, mobile phones, software and brands. No matter what you are launching, we have the tools and expertise to make your launch a success.

Our project managers and technicians are used to handling the confidentiality of new product launches and have extensive experience working in these types of circumstances. We make sure that your product goes public at exactly the right moment – whether it is launched online or with a magnetic drop.

Frequently asked questions about launches

Can you deliver a magnetic drop where the fabric falls at exactly the right launch moment?

Yes. Our décor department delivers fabric draping on curtain tracks that can be pulled aside or released with a magnetic drop on cue. Our lighting department rigs truss and moving heads that activate in sync with the drop – so the product is illuminated the instant the fabric falls. We have extensive experience coordinating the precise sequence of lighting, sound and movement at a launch moment.

Can you manage the confidentiality of a product that cannot be seen before launch?

Yes. Our project managers and technicians are experienced in working under NDA and confidentiality restrictions. We handle the concealment of the product up to the launch moment and have solid procedures for access control in the venue during the rigging phase. Presentation material is handled with the same confidentiality.

Can you launch a product simultaneously online and at a physical event?

Yes. Our video department delivers camera production and streaming equipment that broadcasts the launch live alongside the physical moment. We synchronise the digital broadcast with the physical magnetic drop or set design reveal – so the online audience experiences the launch moment simultaneously with guests in the venue.

Can you build a custom stage that lifts the product up from the floor?

Yes. Our carpentry workshop builds mechanical set designs and stage structures that raise the product from the floor or from other concealed positions. We dimension the structure for the product's weight and geometry and integrate lighting and sound into the activation sequence.

Can you deliver branding and print for the launch event?

Yes. Our print department delivers full vinyl wraps for walls, floors, ceilings and windows, cut-out foil logos for lecterns and stages, printed carpets, printed banners and directional signage. We are experienced in producing branding at large scale and know how to select materials and techniques for the best result on camera and for guests in the venue.

Can you project a new logo onto a building façade at the moment of an online launch?

Yes. Our lighting department delivers fixtures and projectors for logo and façade projection synchronised with the exact moment the product launches online. We handle the necessary permits and coordinate with the property owner and authorities.

Can you produce a 3D rendering of the launch set design?

Yes. Our visualisation department produces to-scale drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings of the launch set design before production starts. We deliver what we draw – our renderings are a reliable representation of the end result, not just inspiration.

Can you deliver demo stations and interactive trade fair stands for the launch event?

Yes. Our carpentry workshop builds display podiums, demo stations and trade fair stands with integrated technology – such as built-in chargers, screens and interactive elements. We design and produce the structures with millimetre-precise drawings based on the product's requirements and the venue.
