Sandvik TMM 2022

When Sandvik was to hold its Sandvik TMM 2022 management meeting in the Strawberry Fields at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena venue, we were asked by MCI to develop a design and a complete technical solution. In addition to the solution for the management meeting itself with conference, mingle and dinner, we were also to develop solutions for lounges and several breakout rooms.

The solution for the conference was a large stage with high-resolution LED walls, suspended stage ceilings and a first-class technical solution. Outside the room, we expanded the solution with satellite stages and panoramic video solutions.

At the opposite end from the conference stage, we built another stage for dinner and a party with performances from Cotton Club and Le Hype. This stage also had an advanced technical solution with a large LED screen, sound system and over 100 moving fixtures.

One floor up from Strawberry Fields, we also built a 300 sq m lounge and supplemented the building's conference rooms with technology for more advanced breakout meetings.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound department supplied sound systems, wireless microphones, sound mixing, streaming sound and technical staff for the conference stage and all breakout rooms. They also delivered a complete sound technical solution for the dinner stage with bands and live artists, as well as a discreet sound system for mingling in the lounge on the 5th floor.

LightThe lighting department delivered advanced front lighting for the entire conference with around 50 moving fixtures. They also built a scenography together with the carpentry and decoration department with recessed LED lighting that could be easily controlled and changed color.

In addition to the conference, lighting delivered over 100 moving fixtures, blinders and Astera Titan Tubes for the dinner stage as well as lighting for the breakout room and lounge.

VideoThe Video department delivered high-resolution LED screens, video panoramas, screens, image control, media servers, presentation equipment, technical staff and a camera solution with studio cameras and steadicam.

DecorThe decor department delivered stage decks, matting and drapes for the conference stage, the dinner stage and all breakout rooms. In addition, they delivered stage furniture for all stages and furnishings for the lounge on Level 5.

CarpentryThe carpentry department assisted the decoration department with hard stage fronts, carved scenography and decor, and specially produced stage furniture.
