ATG Sales Awards - Soul 2 Soul

In the spring of 2022, we were commissioned to produce a scenography designed by PS Occasion for their client ATG in connection with the ATG Sales Awards 2022 event in the large ballroom at Berns. The scenography was a 6.5m wide "sign" with four free-standing wings and a floating sign hanging freely above.

The sign was built from MDF boards cut in our CNC router. The boards were then mounted on a wire rig for stability on the stage. Over 130 sockets and light bulbs were then mounted in the boards, which were connected to dimmers that allowed each light bulb to be controlled individually.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
LightThe sign was fitted with over 130 sockets and bulbs that could be individually controlled to create different flowing light effects. The bulbs were controlled by a light table via conventional dimmers and DMX protocols.

DecorThe set design department framed the set design with a matte finish of the house's stage.

CarpentryThe carpentry milled out the wings in our CNC machine and then painted them in two shades of blue.

PrintThe print department produced a large Soul 2 Soul logo in Styrofoam which was then painted and mounted on a plexiglass carrier.
