The Swedish Neurological Association's 2021 Congress at Studio Flex Infra City

During the fall of 2021, we moved Studio Flex from Quality Hotel Friends to the exhibition hall at Scandic Hotel Infra City. One of the projects that was first out of the studio was the Neuroförbundet federal general meeting, Neuro Kongress 2021. The meeting was broadcast digitally to all participants via the interactive platform Twebcast where guests could participate, interact and vote.

Our solution for the meeting was based on Studio Flex's existing technical solution but was supplemented with stage furnishings and, above all, development and adaptation of the digital platform.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound in Studio Flex Infra was a discrete sound system for the participants in the room, wireless microphones, sound mixing and sound technology for mixing the sound to the live stream. For this project, the sound solution was supplemented with wireless in-ear monitors for the moderator and gooseneck microphones for the presidium table.

LightThe lighting in Studio Flex Infra consisted of a studio lighting setup with movable LED wash fixtures, LED cans as backlights, and an installation with RGB LED strips that framed the entire studio and the set design.

VideoThe Video solution in Studio Flex consisted of three high-resolution LED screens controlled via a Watchout media server, presentation technology, preview screens and a complete camera solution with studio cameras.

For this project, our image technicians programmed and operated the Twebcast platform.

DecorThe decor department complemented the studio with two large presidium tables, one for 10 people and one for 4 people.
