Kommuninvest's Annual General Meeting 2023 at Stockholm Waterfront

In March 2023, we were once again entrusted by Creative Meetings to deliver design and technology to Kommuninvest's Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront.

The solution consisted of supplementing the technology in A1 with sound and image and creating a stage design with lighting and decor. The design solution was a stylish stage with a presidium table and lectern as well as a background of lights with Edgetron fixtures and an illuminated backdrop.

In the nearby venue M1, we built another small breakout stage, lounge environments and small stands for a mini-trade fair. The entire event was filmed by a camera production from us and broadcast via streaming and on the interactivity platform Twebcast.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundFor this project, the sound department used Waterfront's existing sound rig but supplemented it with subwoofers, wireless microphones, gooseneck microphones for the presidium table, sound engineers and a mic man.

LightThe lighting department delivered a simple and stylish lighting solution with four horizontal rows of our Edgetron fixtures as a backdrop to the stage. Behind these, we illuminated the house's backdrop fabric to create depth in the scene.

VideoThe video department supplemented the building's video screens with video mixing, playout computers and streaming technology to be able to broadcast the meeting on the Twebcast platform. The video department also delivered a complete camera production.

DecorInside venue A1, the decor department delivered matting for the house's stage podium, a presidium table and a branded lectern.

In the nearby venue M1, the decor department built lounge environments with matting, sofas and armchairs.
