Coor management meetings at Steam Hotel, Marina Tower and Yasuragi

Since 2016, we have been commissioned by PS Occasion to deliver stage design and technical additions to Coor's management meetings. These meetings have taken place across several venues – among them Steam Hotel, Marina Tower and Yasuragi.

At Steam Hotel, we supplemented the in-house AV with almost 100 sq m of high-resolution LED wall, surrounding guests on three sides.

At Marina Tower, we built a new set design and projection screen but used the venue's existing projector to keep costs down.

At Yasuragi, we extended the existing round stage with additional decking and added an LED screen and stage lighting.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    Assessed and supplemented existing sound systems with PA systems, wireless microphones, audio mixing, DJ equipment, live band equipment and technical crew as required. Read more about sound

    Supplemented each venue with front lighting for the stages and additional lighting for set designs and artists. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    Video technical additions tailored to each venue – sometimes using the existing projector with an added video mixer and technical crew, other times delivering up to 100 sq m of LED wall with media server control. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    Stage deck carpeting, room draping with fabric, and furniture and decor for stages and surrounding spaces. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    Custom-built furniture and set pieces complementing the decor department's delivery. Read more about carpentry

  • Print

    Vinyl wraps, panel prints and cut-out logos. Read more about print
