Studio Flex
After the success of Studio Ett in Strawberry Fields during the pandemic, we quickly felt the need to establish another studio to meet demand. The answer was Studio Flex, built next to the already established Studio Ett.Studio Flex was given a backdrop with three seven-metre video surfaces framed in carpentry and neon lights. Between the walls and on the sides, horizontal lines of light were built out to tie the whole look together.
Instead of building on a raised stage as in Studio Ett, we placed Studio Flex directly on the floor with two smaller raised stage platforms on wheels that could be moved around to create different layouts. Perfect for events with large physical elements such as cars.
Studio Flex quickly became fully booked.
In autumn 2021, we moved the entire Studio Flex to Scandic Infra City to create larger spaces in both studios for hybrid events. At the same time, the studio was raised onto a stage floor to accommodate an audience, and the projected video surfaces were replaced with high-resolution LED walls.
At the end of 2021, we closed Studio Flex after over 150 productions in the studio.
