Salesforce Live in the C-premises at Stockholm Waterfront
When Salesforce was going to organize its digital event Salesforce Live at Stockholm Waterfront, we were commissioned by Eventyr to design and build a temporary studio for digital broadcasting in the C-premises at Waterfront.The solution was a u-shaped wire cage with a printed background that was backlit to create depth in the background. In front of the wire cage, a stage deck was built in several levels, which was then covered with grass, wooden panels and vegetation together with the wire cage.
The studio was equipped with a recessed LED screen for presentations, lighting and studio furniture, and then we were ready to broadcast!

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department supplied wireless microphones, technical staff and audio mixing for live streaming.
LightThe lighting department delivered studio lighting with moving lights and LED beds.
VideoThe Video department delivered a recessed LED screen in the studio for presentation material as well as a complete solution for live streaming with image mixing. The imaging department also delivered a camera production with studio cameras and steadicam
DecorThe decoration department built stage decks and made carpets with lawn and stage furniture.
CarpentryThe carpentry department built the truss and stage deck into wooden panels to give the studio a unified impression.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Jesper Webeklint.
