EDGE works at Svenska Mässan in two roles. The first is as a trade show booth producer – we design and build trade show booths and exhibition environments for clients exhibiting at the fairs. The second role is as a full-service supplier of technology and design for large-scale stage events and congress productions in the main halls.

In trade show booth production, D-Congress is our most important recurring delivery at Svenska Mässan. Sweden's largest meeting place for digital commerce brings together 2,800+ delegates and 100+ exhibitors in the Congress Hall and exhibition floor each March. We produce recurring booths for CityMail (2023–2026), Lithium, Snapchat and WPP at D-Congress, always aiming for stands that genuinely stand out in the strong exhibitor field.

The Carlsberg project saw us develop a series of custom-built bar counters and booth formats for Eriksberg, Guinness, Staropramen, NCB and Brooklyn Breweries at the Beer and Whisky fair – including a spinning beer wheel and the Öleria concept as an umbrella stand for Carlsberg's smaller brands. All booth components were engineered to be reused and reconfigured for different fair footprints in future editions.

For the Carlsberg project we produced own-design furniture series – custom bar counters in different styles for Eriksberg, Guinness, Staropramen, NCB and Brooklyn Breweries – each carrying its brand's DNA while built on the same modular system. A strong design delivery that stayed in fair visitors' memories.

Carpentry

Carpentry is at the heart of the trade show booths we are most proud of. The Carlsberg project is a good example: we developed modular bar counter systems with straight sections and corners that could be assembled in many different configurations, reused and adapted to new fair footprints – a cost-effective approach that delivered a professional result year after year. For D-Congress we produce display constructions and partition systems that genuinely stand out.

Print

Print and vinyl wrap bind together a trade show booth's visual identity. For the Carlsberg project we delivered vinyl wraps for photo walls, bar counters and display furniture. For CityMail and other D-Congress booths we produce wall vinyl, branded backdrops and large-format prints that are visible across the fair floor. We always design print solutions with the booth's lighting and the hall's ambient light level in mind.

Content & Graphics

Our content and graphics department produces run files for LED screens, booth videos, animated presentation flows and graphic assets adapted to the D-Congress booth's specified screen format. For Nobel Week Dialogue and Congress Hall stage events we produce graphic material in the correct format for Watchout control and direct presentation.

Project management

Trade show deliveries at Svenska Mässan require coordination with the organiser's regulations, precise booth timelines and coordination of the Gothenburg logistics for the full production team. We have well-established procedures for Gothenburg deliveries and a project management approach that takes full responsibility – including transport, build times and dismantling.

Transport & Logistics

We transport our equipment with our own trucks and trailers from our warehouse in Sollentuna to Svenska Mässan in Gothenburg. Concept & Visualisation

This allows the client to make well-informed decisions about design and layout before the build begins, and means we arrive in Gothenburg with a thoroughly considered plan.

Pre-programming
