The 2022 Tur spelen at Stadium Arena in Norrköping

Every other year, the consulting firm PWC gathers its employees for a two-day event called the TUR Games. The event usually includes a welcome evening with mingling and artist performances, which is then followed by a full day of conference and dinner, as well as a party in the evening. We have been entrusted by our client Creative Meetings to deliver design and technology for this event several times, and together we have created magic in many different venues around the country.

The 2022 edition of the TUR spelen was held at Stadium Arena in Norrköping. Here, our solution was a large stage with sound, light, image, and a stage for conferences and live performances with artists such as Markoolio, Sabina Ddumba, Darin, Tommy Nilsson, Peter & Bruno and Markus Krunegård. In the nearby premises, we also built a 200 square meter lounge and framed entrances.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound department supplied sound systems, wireless mics, sound mixing and technical staff for the main stage. They also supplied DJ equipment and band technology for a group of artists who performed during the event. To name a few of them, we had visits from Markoolio, Sabina Ddumba, Darin, Tommy Nilsson, Peter & Bruno and Markus Krunegård. In total, the sound team had over 200 inputs in their sound boards - impressive!

LightThe lighting department delivered stage lighting with over 100 movable fixtures as well as ambient lighting for the entire sports hall.

VideoThe Video department delivered an imaging solution with five high-resolution LED screens on the stage and two projected side screens. The screens were accompanied by image control with a Watchout media server, presentation technology and playout, and a camera solution with studio cameras, steadicam and a camera on a crane.

DecorThe decoration department built and carpeted the stage deck inside the main stage, delivered stage furniture for the conference, and built a lounge of over 200 square meters in a nearby room.
