Netlight 2019

When Netlight was gathering all its employees for a conference, activities and party, we were commissioned by PS Occasion to deliver technology and design to several of Stockholm's finest event venues.

The day began with a live concert with Hoffmaestro at Café Opera where we supplemented the house's technology with more sound and light. Then we continued to China Teatern where most of the work was done on the house technology, but we supplemented it with some sound and decor.

From the China Teatern we then went out and did crowd karaoke at Norrmalmstorg and then set off on more activities during the afternoon.

In the evening we arrived at Stadshuset where we had a dinner party in Blå Hallen with lighting, facade projections and sound technology. Up in Gyllene Salen we also built a nightclub environment with sound, light and decor.

The next day the whole gang gathered again at Stockholm Waterfront where we supplemented the house's technology with a new video solution, more light, LED lights and a specially built stage with a jungle theme. Cool!

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound department delivered speaker systems, wireless microphones, tape technology, DJ equipment, sound mixing and technical staff to all locations in this project.

LightThe lighting department delivered lights and accessories to Café Opera, Blå Hallen, Gyllene Salen and Waterfront. The most extensive delivery was to Blå Hallen in the City Hall where we combined over 100 Astera Titan Tubes and over 100 Astera AX3 with the house's already quite extensive rig.

VideoThe Video department delivered image solutions primarily to the City Hall and Waterfront, but also LED trailers for the crowd karaoke at Norrmalmstorg.

DecorThe decor department built sets and scenography for several of the locations in the project. One that really stood out was the massive jungle set at the Waterfront.

CarpentryThe carpentry department helped produce set design and decor for the decor department at Waterfront and also produced a lottery wheel for an activation at City Hall.

Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the deliveries and construction were coordinated by several of our project managers. Overall responsibility for the delivery was held by our project manager Andreas Bonnevier.
