Goldwell Global Zoom 2017

After the success in Stockholm 2016, we were again entrusted with delivering a complete package of design and technology for Goldwell Global Zoom 2017 – this time in Barcelona at Fira Barcelona.

The brief covered a complete solution for the hair show with set design and technology, establishing an exhibition area, building a competition floor with power for over 100 hairdressing stations, creating branding and framing at the entrances with large logos and photo walls, and building a nightclub for 2,000 guests.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    PA systems, wireless microphones, audio mixing, DJ equipment and technical crew for the main stage, competition area, exhibition area and nightclub. Read more about sound

  • Light

    Lighting and rigging for the main stage, exhibition area, competition area and nightclub. Lighting for entrance elements including the Wall of Fame. Power distribution for all competition stations. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    A large panoramic image for the main stage projected by six projectors and controlled via a Watchout media server. A complete camera solution with studio cameras and wireless cameras on link transmitting footage from within the competition area. An LED screen in the nightclub. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    Room draping, carpeting, stage decking and furniture for the main stage, exhibition area, competition area, entrances and nightclub. A large share of the furniture comes from our own specially developed series – designed to look great and pack efficiently for transport. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    Walls and structures for the main stage, entrance, exhibition area and competition area – including the standout giant red bar in the exhibition area. Read more about carpentry

  • Print
