On 7 September 2023, venture capital firm Creandum held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Sergel Hub in Stockholm, commissioned by Creative Meetings. The programme ran from morning to midnight – a VIP session and keynote in Forum, a dinner with live entertainment by Loreen and E-Type in Bankvalvet, and a closing after party back in Forum.

EDGE delivered a complete solution across all three spaces, with one project manager coordinating build, show and de-rig over a 24-hour period.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    PA with 8 ceiling speakers, 8 wireless microphones and 2 in-ear systems for moderators. Intercom with 7 wired and 4 wireless stations. Supplementary PA and DJ kit Nexus 2 for the after party. Read more about sound

    Front lighting with KL panels, moving fixtures and LED bars in Forum. Astera Titan Tubes and truss towers in Bankvalvet. RGB lasers, CO2 jets and moving floor lights for the after party. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    25 m² high-resolution LED wall (p1.9) as set design and presentation surface in Forum. Camera production with 2 robotic cameras and 1 manned studio camera. 9×3 m LED wall in Bankvalvet with Resolume visuals for the after party. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    Custom-built podium stage with EDGE's in-house floor system in high-gloss green. Artificial plant walls, armchairs and side table on stage. Three-level tiered seating with sofas and armchairs. Lounge furniture and bars in Bankvalvet. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    Sub-floor and laminate floor for stage, hard fascias for stage and tiered seating with recessed LED strip, plexiglass railings at rear. Hard fascias and artist podiums in Bankvalvet. Dibond columns and counters in the entrance. Read more about carpentry

  • Print

    Full vinyl wrap across 4 glass entrance façades and 3 sponsor walls in Forum. Vinyl on registration desk, door pairs and cloakroom signs. Printed panels for Bankvalvet and dibond columns in the entrance. Read more about print
