KPMG celebrates 100 years at the Waterfront and in the Avicii Arena!
At the beginning of September 2023, on behalf of PS Occasion, we delivered technology and design for KPMG's 100th anniversary, which was celebrated with a conference at the Waterfront and an awards dinner and party at the Globe / Avicii Arena. At the Waterfront, we built a scenography with a high-resolution LED screen interspersed with self-made frames with built-in LED lighting. For that, we also supplement the house with sound, light, image and camera as well as technical staff. At Avicii Arena we hung a light rig with over 150 moving fixtures, strobes and blinders. Under the lights, we parked four rear-projected seven-meter projection screens and two additional screens on the sides for camera support. Underneath the technical rig, we built a 400 square meter multi-level carpeted stage deck with stairs with recessed LED lighting connecting the levels. Some who are rarely seen in the pictures but who are heard all the more on site, are the sound department who took care of the speakers on stage, moderators and artists such as Isaac and the Soul Company, Nova Becc and Molly Sandén.Photos from the event
Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundAt Waterfront, the sound department delivered a complement to the house's sound system with sound mixers, wireless microphones and our own sound staff.
At Avicii Arena, the sound department delivered a complete sound technology solution with a PA system, sound mixer, monitor mixer, wireless microphones, in-ear systems and tape technology to the artists Isaac and the Soul Company, Nova Becc and Molly Sandén.

LightAt the Waterfront, the lighting department delivered custom-made LED light frames for the stage, which were mounted between the LED screens, on the sides of the stage, and suspended above. The lighting department also delivered wireless Helios LED sticks from Astera and Clay Paky Xtylos fixtures.
At the Avicii Arena, the lighting department delivered ambient lighting for the entire arena and a stage light with over 150 fixtures. For the stage, the lighting department also delivered our own Edgetron fixtures that created a brilliant outline for the stage and stairs.

VideoAt Waterfront, the Video department delivered a complement to the house's video solution with four standing LED screens on the stage. For the screens, the video department also delivered control with a Watchout media server, presentation technology and a complete camera solution.

The screens were projected with 20,000 ansi lumen laser projectors from Epson and controlled from a Watchout media server. In addition to image surfaces and control, the video department also delivered presentation technology and a complete camera production.

DecorThe decor department delivered stages, fabrics and carpets for both the event at Waterfront and at Avicii Arena. At Avicii they built a podium deck of over 400 square meters on three floors, which is one of the largest stage constructions we have ever done at the arena. Awesome!
In addition to the stage decks, the decor department delivered stage furniture, lounge furniture and interior design for an entire nightclub that was built for the after-party in the E4 Norra venue at Avicii Arena.

CarpentryThe joinery company delivered custom-built entrance portals in mirrored glass and LED lights that welcomed guests as they arrived at the reception held at Berns Salonger the night before the big event. During the night, the portals were then moved and erected at the Waterfront and later also at Avicii. Sustainable!
