PS Communications 20th anniversary at The Meeting Room

When the event and communications agency PS Communication turned 20, we were commissioned to develop and produce design and technology for their anniversary party at the neighbouring venue The Meeting Room on Alströmergatan 20.

Our solution was to install high-resolution LED screens on two of the venue's walls, which we then framed for a completely seamless integration with the rest of the space. The existing stage was extended in the same shape and finish as the rest of the venue and custom-built furniture was produced.

The technical solution covered a complete audio, lighting and video setup for presentations, networking and entertainment by Isaak & The Soul Company.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    An audio system for speeches, presentations and entertainment with band and DJ. Wireless microphones, DJ equipment, live band equipment and technical crew. Read more about sound

    Stage lighting with moving fixtures and blinders, plus ambient lighting for the main room and other areas. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    A video solution with two LED walls each over 30 sqm with high-resolution pitch, video control with a media server and presentation technology. Two projectors with pixel mapping for foyer installations were also delivered. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

  • Carpentry

    Frames for the LED screens, custom-made furniture and the stage extension were produced and installed by the carpentry team. Read more about carpentry
