BMW i4 Launch Studio Flex

One of our most recurring clients in Studio Flex was Le Pacte and their client BMW who on several occasions held launches and training sessions from the Studio.

One such occasion was in the summer of 2021 when we together did the internal launch of the new BMW i4.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundFor the launch of the BMW i4, the sound department used the sound solution that was in place in Studio Flex but supplemented it for recording and with additional wireless microphones.

LightThe lighting department supplemented the existing lighting in Studio Flex with extra light for recording in and around the cars.

VideoThe Video department supplemented its existing rig for digital broadcasts with a steadicam and recording equipment.

Our graphics department assisted in this project with post-editing the recorded video material.

BMW car in event studio
Studio Flex was designed to easily bring cars, for example, into the studio.
Presentation of cars in studio for digital events
Studio Flex could be quickly rearranged to accommodate different furniture. In the picture, the larger podium that was normally on the right has been moved to the center and the smaller podium has been removed to make room for two cars.

Here we have a third variation on the furniture with a car on the left and the large podium for seated dialogue remaining in its standard position.
