Tele2 Awards 2023
For the fourth time in a row, we delivered design and technology to Tele2's employee party at Tele2 Arena in 2023 on behalf of PS Occasion.For the 2023 edition, the arena was divided into two areas, one for mingling and one for dinner, awards ceremony and party. The evening had a packed stage program led by moderators Kodjo Akolor and Linnea Henriksson and which featured artists such as Ola Salo, Chris Kläfford and Linnea herself.
The solution was a large stage with a roof of panoramic video screens, a high-resolution LED screen in the middle and additional screens for camera support on the sides of the stage. The stage also received a proper lighting solution with over 100 fixtures and a PA system that played for the 1800 guests.
It's fun with a recurring assignment where we get to challenge ourselves with new stage solutions and we are incredibly grateful for the trust to continue delivering great solutions to both PS Occasion and Tele2.

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department delivered a complete sound solution with PA system, sound mixer, monitor mixer, wireless microphones and tape technology to artists Linnea Henriksson, Ola Salo and Chris Kläfford.
LightThe lighting department delivered a massive lighting rig with Clay Paky K20, Clay Paky Sharpy Plus and a lot of Clay Paky Xtylos fixtures. Our own light panels, which we call Rectangled, were also used as scenography.
VideoThe Video department delivered a visual solution with two large panoramic screens above the stage, a high-resolution LED screen on the stage itself, and two additional screens on the sides of the stage for camera support. The screens also received video control from a Watchout media server, presentation technology, and a complete camera production.
DecorThe set design department delivered a stage deck of over 350km in several different levels, as well as carpeting and matting of the stage and entrance area.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Andreas Bonnevier.
