Dustin Expo

Dustin Expo is a project we have followed and grown with since 2015, when we were first trusted to design and deliver the entire fair. Since then, we have maintained a close collaboration with Dustin through each edition.

In 2021 the fair moved to a digital format – in this case we focus on the physical editions.

Our brief covered the fair layout for the entire event, designing and delivering Dustin's own stand with inspiration stage, framing and branding of the fair, and a number of exhibitor stands for partners including Intel and HP.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    Audio for the inspiration stage in Dustin's stand – presentations and keynote speakers, a speaker system for on-site guests, audio mixing, wireless microphones and a separate mix for the live stream. Read more about sound

    Rigging and lighting for Dustin's stand, including integrated lighting within furniture and custom carpentry. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    LED screen for the inspiration stage, TV screens and monitors throughout the stand, presentation technology with playout and video mixer, and camera production for the live stream. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    Stage platforms, carpeting and furniture for Dustin's stand and surrounding areas – a quick, cost-effective base structure that the carpentry then builds on. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    Tiered seating, walls, framing and custom-built furniture for the inspiration stage and Dustin's stand. Furniture and installations also produced for the entrances and other areas at Avicii Arena. Read more about carpentry

  • Print

    Vinyl wraps, cut-out logos, printed banners and panel prints – a significant element of every physical stand build. Read more about print
