Dustin Expo
It's always fun to be part of and see a project develop over time. Dustin Expo is exactly that kind of project. We were entrusted with designing and delivering the entire fair for the first time in 2015 and since then we have had a very close collaboration with Dustin.In 2021, the fair switched to a digital format, but in this case we have chosen to focus on the physical editions of Dustin Expo.
Our assignment consisted of delivering a fair layout for the entire fair, designing and delivering Dustin's own stand and framing/branding of the fair, as well as a number of exhibitor stands.

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department's primary delivery to Dustin Expo over the years has been to the inspiration square which has been built in various forms, as part of Dustin's own stand. The inspiration square has had a stage with presentations and inspirational speakers. The sound department has delivered a loudspeaker solution for guests who watched on site, sound mixers and wireless microphones, and a separate sound mixer for those who watched online via live stream.
LightThe lighting department has delivered rigging and lighting for Dustin's stand as well as a lot of integrated lighting in the furniture and joinery in the stand.
VideoThe image department's assignment has always been some form of LED screen for the inspiration stage and a bunch of different TV screens and monitors for other areas in the booth. The image department has also handled the presentation technology for the inspiration stage with playout and image mixers. They have also produced and delivered a camera production that has been used for the live stream.
DecorThe decoration department supplies stage podiums, matting and furnishings for Dustin's stand and surrounding areas. The stage podiums may not be as prominent in the pictures, but are often used as a quick and cost-effective way to get a basic shape for the stand that can then be extended with, for example, joinery.
CarpentryThe carpentry department has often played a large part in the delivery of Dustin Expo. It has built stands, walls, frames, custom-built furniture and much more. In addition to the carpentry on the inspiration stage and Dustin's stand, it has also produced furniture and installations for the entrances and other areas at Globen / Avicii Arena.
PrintPhysical booth productions are often associated with a lot of printing and Dustin Expo is no exception. The print department delivered foils, cut-out logos, prints on vepa and much, much more.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, our deliveries and construction of all Dustin Expos have been coordinated by our project manager Andreas Bonnevier.
