ATEA National Team Camp 2023
One of the first projects we carried out after the summer of 2023 was ATEA's national team camp, in Vinnarhallen on Bosön, Lidingö. On behalf of Minnesota Kommunikation we designed and delivered a solution with sound, light, image as well as stage and decor. The solution itself was a large stage inside Vinnarhallen with a high-resolution LED screen that was framed by two 5m high, carved letters. By projecting pixel-mapped material onto the letters and controlling it together with the LED screen via a Watchout media server, we were able to treat the entire scenography as a large image surface. A perfect mix of digital and physical on stage, just the way we like it!
On stage, in addition to the wonderful gang from ATEA, we also had Benjamin Ingrosso, The Last Internationale and our friends in Deluxe! Lots of fun with lots of music!

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department delivered sound systems, sound mixing, wireless microphones for speeches and conferences, and sound technology for the evening's artists: Benjamin Ingrosso, The Last Internationale, and Deluxe.
LightThe lighting solution consisted of a stage light and an ambient lighting setup for the entire winners' hall. Around 50 movable fixtures were used for the stage light, including K20 and Sharpy plus from Clay Paky, as well as Martin Vipers and Magicpanels from Ayrton.
VideoThe Video department, together with the decor department and the carpentry department, delivered a custom-built video solution with a high-resolution LED screen in the middle of the stage, surrounded by two large carpentry A letters on each side. The letters were projected with pixel-mapped content and together with the LED screen they formed a single large image surface.
A control system with a Watchout media server, playout and a complete camera rig with studio cameras and steadicam were delivered for the video solution on stage.
