In summer 2023, we delivered ATEA's National Team Camp in Vinnarhallen at Boson, Lidingo. On behalf of Minnesota Communication, we designed and delivered a complete solution covering sound, light, video, stage and decor.

The set design centred on a large stage with a high-resolution LED screen flanked by two 5 m tall custom-built letter A structures on either side. By projecting pixel-mapped content onto the letters and controlling it alongside the LED screen via a Watchout media server, the entire set functioned as a single large display surface.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    Sound system, audio mixing, wireless microphones for speeches and conference use, and full technical production for the evening's artists: Benjamin Ingrosso, The Last Internationale and Deluxe. Read more about sound

  • Light

    Stage lighting and ambient lighting for the entire Vinnarhallen, using approximately 50 moving fixtures including K20 and Sharpy Plus from Clay Paky, Martin Vipers and Magicpanels from Ayrton. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    A custom-built video solution with a high-resolution LED screen at the centre of the stage, flanked by two large carpentry-built letter A structures. The letters were projected with pixel-mapped content and together with the LED screen formed a single unified display surface, all controlled via a Watchout media server.   • Decor & Set Design

    Stage deck of over 250 sq m, room draping with fabric, carpeting, and furniture for lounges and the stage. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    The two large letter A structures that formed part of the custom-built video set design were produced and installed by the carpentry department. Read more about carpentry
