NATO Industry Forum 2023
In October 2023, we were commissioned by Scandinavian XPO and NATO to deliver a comprehensive solution with design and technology for the NATO Industry Forum summit. A two-day meeting with over 800 politicians, government officials and senior managers from the global defense industry with the aim of strengthening cooperation between NATO and the defense industry. This year's meeting was also a little extra prestigious because it was the first time it was organized by a partner country. The solution included a plenary session in Hall 1 at XPO with a large stage in front of a 27m wide video panorama, a complete technical solution with sound, light, image and camera. In the back of the room, a large gallery for press photographers and media was also built.
In the rest of Hall 1 and Hall 2, we built lounges and areas for meetings and mingling, a press conference room and a lot of framing with prints and matting.
