Dustin Summit 2022

In autumn 2022, Dustin wanted to bring all its employees together for a conference and party in Stockholm. Together with event agency Eventyr, we were commissioned to develop a design and technical solution for a conference and party with live artists at Avicii Arena.

The solution was an oblong stage in the centre of the floor under the jumbotron. On one side, the setup was rigged for a conference with the audience on the floor and up in the arena stands. On the other side, bars and lounge areas were built for the party and artists.

To frame the space, four experience hubs were built – one in each corner of the floor. Here guests found an arcade corner, a silent disco and a 360-degree photo experience.

Guests were welcomed into the venue by a large laser tunnel at the entrance.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    PA system, wireless microphones and audio mixing for a conference with 1,500 people on the floor and up in the stands. On the party side of the stage, a second PA system, monitor mixing and audio technology for the DJs, Mashup Lab and Benjamin Ingrosso. Read more about sound

  • Light

    An ambient lighting rig across the entire floor, front lighting with moving fixtures for both stages, a stage rig with over 100 moving fixtures, Sceptron and blinders. An additional 50 moving fixtures and over 100 m of Sceptron for the experience hubs. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    Multiple LED wall surfaces in sync with the jumbotron, plus two special LED walls that rotated 180 degrees on stage. Video control and playout, plus camera production with crane and Steadicam. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design
