Dustin Summit 2022

During the fall of 2022, Dustin wanted to gather all his employees for a conference and party in Stockholm. Together with the event agency Eventyr, we were commissioned to develop a design and a technical solution for a conference and party with live artists at The Globe / Avicii Arena.

The solution was an oblong stage in the middle of the room under the jumbotron. On one side, it was rigged for a conference with the audience sitting on the floor and up in the arena stands. On the other side, bars and lounge environments were built for the party and artists.

To frame the room, four experience hubs were built, one in each corner of the piste. Here, guests found an arcade corner, silent disco and a 360-degree photo experience. To welcome all guests into the venue, a really large laser tunnel was also set up.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound department delivered a PA system, wireless microphones and sound mixing for a conference with 1500 people sitting on the floor and up in the stands. On the other side of the stage, another PA system, monitor mixing and sound technology was delivered to DJs, Mashup Lab and Benjamin Ingrosso.

LightThe lighting department delivered a fairly extensive environmental lighting rig over the entire piste, front lights with moving lights for both stages, a lighting rig for the stage with over 100 moving fixtures, Sceptron and blinders. An additional 50 moving fixtures and over 100m of Sceptron were delivered to the experience hubs.

VideoThe video department delivered a fairly advanced image setup with several LED wall surfaces in sync with the jumbotron and two special LED walls that could rotate 180 degrees on stage. In addition to the image surfaces, the video department delivered video control and playout as well as a camera production with crane and steadicam.

DecorThe decor department built the massive stage deck and delivered furnishings for the stage, experience hubs and lounge.
