Reitan RM20 at Conventum in Örebro

Part of our aspiration to constantly develop our stage solutions has always been working with our own products. Sometimes there is simply no existing solution to realise our ideas – so we build it ourselves.

That was the case when, at the beginning of 2020, we were commissioned by Creative Meetings to develop a stage design and complete technical solution for Reitan's RM20 at Conventum in Örebro.

The solution was 130 custom-produced light panels we named Triangled. These panels connect to form a wall of light that can create an infinite variety of shapes and patterns.

In addition to the Triangled scenography, we delivered a complete technical solution with audio, lighting and video for the conference and party, plus a decor solution with a multi-level stage deck, stage furniture and a large RM20 logo in foam board.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    The venue's PA system was supplemented with audio mixing, wireless microphones and live band equipment for Poplabbet and Norlie & KKV performing during the conference and dinner. For the after-party, an audio system, DJ equipment and sound technology for DJ Tim Henri and Markoolio. Read more about sound

  • Light

    130 custom-built Triangled fixtures with a dedicated control system were produced. In addition, around 50 moving fixtures for the conference and dinner stage and a complete lighting rig for the after-party. Read more about light

  • Video & LED

    A video solution with a 10×3 m video panorama, video mixing, presentation technology and a camera solution with studio cameras and Steadicam. Read more about video & led

  • Decor & Set Design

    The existing stage was extended with a multi-level stage deck, carpeting and stage furniture. Stage deck, room draping with fabric and a large lounge for the after-party. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

    The carpentry team assisted in the production of Triangled and built road cases for the Triangled system. Read more about carpentry

  • Print

    Vinyl wraps for stage furniture and a large RM20 logo in foam board. Read more about print
