Reitan RM20 at Conventum in Örebro

Part of our aspiration to constantly develop our stage solutions has always been to work with our own products. Sometimes we feel that there simply is no existing solution to realize our ideas and then we simply build it ourselves.

Such was the case when, at the beginning of 2020, we were commissioned by our friends at Creative Meetings to develop a stage design and complete technical solution for Reitan's RM20 at Conventum in Örebro.

The solution was 130 specially produced light panels that we named Triangled. These light panels are put together and then form a wall of light that can in turn form an infinite number of shapes and patterns. Fun!

In addition to the scenography with Triangled, we also delivered a complete technical solution with sound, light and image for the conference and party, as well as a decorative solution with a stage deck in several levels, stage furniture and a large RM20 logo in Styrofoam.

Our delivery

To this project we delivered:
SoundThe sound department used the house's PA system and supplemented it with sound mixing, wireless microphones and tape technology for Poplabbet and Norlie & KKV who performed during the conference and dinner.

The sound department also delivered a sound system, DJ equipment and sound technology for the after-party with DJ Tim Henri and Markoolio.

LightThe lighting department produced 130 custom-made lighting fixtures and controls for a system we named Triangled. In addition to these, the lighting department delivered around 50 movable fixtures for the stage for the conference and dinner, as well as a complete lighting rig for the after-party.

VideoThe Video department delivered an imaging solution to the stage with a 10x3m video panorama, video mixing, presentation technology and a camera solution with studio cameras and steadicam.

DecorThe decor department expanded the existing stage with stage decks at different levels, carpeting and stage furniture. In addition to the decor for the main stage, they also delivered stage decks and drapes for the after-party and a large lounge.

CarpentryThe carpentry department assisted the lighting department in the production of Triangled and built cases for the Triangled system.
